Southland IPA
Our IPA, or “India Pale Ale”, is brewed as an exceptionally hopped beer, but balanced with malt character. By taking our Pale Ale to the next level, but retaining its balance, we’ve dried-out the malt bill to give us room to truly celebrate the hop. Our IPA uses 3 different varieties of the finest American hops in the brewing process. Post fermentation, we dry-hop the IPA with another dose of all 3 hops. The combination of the dryer malt bill and aggressive hopping makes our IPA world class.
Our IPA possesses bitter, floral, and citrus properties, making it perfect for pairing with the bold flavors of steak, grilled meats, and spicy Asian and Latin fare.
