Southland ESB

From the family of Pale Ales, an ESB (Extra Special Bitter) is darker in color with a larger caramel malt profile. Five different types of caramel malt, choice imported hops, and our expertly chosen house yeast, all combine to produce a flavorful, but very drinkable amber ale. Because of its flavor profile, this beer has a lot of versatility with food pairings; making it a great beer for Los Angeles' restaurant scene.
Our ESB pairs well with most foods, from savory to spicy, and everywhere in between.
